Paul also has a certification in Neurokinetic Therapy, which gives him an understanding of the nervous system that you won't find very often with other personal trainers. Because of this more in-depth knowledge of how the body and the neuroskeletal system work, he can put it all together and focus on the long-term well-being of his clients. This approach is contrary to the trends of quick results that only help the body in the short term.
